What does the discount cover?
Your discount is applied to your written quote during the in-home visit. Parts are charged at our standard rate. Terms depend on the specific partnership — the discount % shown after verification is what applies.
Can my family members use my code?
Yes. The code is tied to your employer’s agreement, not the individual. Spouses, dependents, and anyone in your household can use it at the same service address.
How long is the code valid?
Codes are evergreen as long as the partnership is active. We’ll give HR a heads-up before any expiration or changes.
What do you do with my email?
