Drain pump failures, bearing noise, agitator problems, lid-switch faults, control-board errors and leaks — fixed on the first visit on most calls.
Quick Answer
We service front-load, top-load, stackable and combo washer / dryer units across every major brand. Same-day service is available when you book before 11 AM, every quote is given in person at your home, and every repair carries a 1-year parts / 3-year labor warranty.
Common Failures We Repair
Washer won't drain
Usually a clogged drain pump, sock or coin in the pump impeller, or a kinked drain hose. We pull the pump, clear the impeller, and inspect the hose. If the pump motor itself has burned out we replace it with OEM.
Washer won't spin or agitate
Lid-switch failure (top-load), bad door-lock assembly (front-load), broken drive belt, or worn motor coupling. We bench-test each in series — usually fixed on the first visit.
Loud bearing noise on spin
Worn drum bearings or a failed shock absorber. Bearing replacement is more involved (drum out) — we'll quote it in writing and only do it if the cabinet and tub are still sound.
Front-load washer leaks from the door
Worn door-boot gasket — the rubber that seals the door to the drum. Foreign objects (bra wires, coins) usually punched a tiny hole. We replace the boot in OEM rubber and re-seal.
Washer is unbalanced or 'walks' across the floor
Worn shock absorbers, broken suspension rod, or unlevel feet. We replace shocks and rods in pairs and re-level the unit.
Front-load washer smells musty
Biofilm in the door boot fold and detergent dispenser. We deep-clean the boot and dispenser, replace if it's gone, and recommend a monthly tub-clean cycle.

All quotes are given in person, at your home.
We don’t guess pricing over the phone. A factory-trained technician arrives, opens the unit, and writes a written quote in your home before any repair begins. You decide whether to move forward — no pressure, no surprises.
